ABOUT
An ICF certified executive coach (PCC), team coach, facilitator, and keynote speaker, John has spent two decades serving executives in the world’s largest companies = first as a principal with Mobius Executive Leadership, LLC., now as the founder of his own firm, Atrium Leadership, LLC.

APPROACH
John draws on expertise in negotiation, influence, and conflict resolution (Harvard Law School) plus graduate coursework in educational neuroscience and social psychology (Harvard Graduate School of Education) as well as philosophy (Brown University) to create evidence-based approaches to help leaders grow. With roots in adult learning, curriculum design, and action learning, John brings learning to life in ways that help busy executives maximize the ROI of their own development.

With a plain-spoken and direct style that translates insight into action, John’s coaching and facilitation helps leaders spot how they get in their own way and build the skills to get out. After years of training in Improv, John infuses his sessions with light-hearted playfulness that lightens the heavy lifting of development.  He founded Atrium on the idea that the leadership industry is too complicated, too full of pseudoscience and bluster and that by moving into the light - from the boardroom to the atrium - the hard work of personal development can be much easier..
