What is Influence Academy?
A half-day or one day skill building session for 24 leaders can cost a business ten thousand, even twenty thousand dollars or more. For that cost, and the opportunity cost of a day out of work, even the best facilitators and programs can promise to raise participant awareness, introduce a few frameworks, and do some practice. So, leaders who have spent 10, 20, even 30 years of their career forming habits the organization wants to change are now given 4 hours or maybe 8 to undo them.
It does’t work if what you want is real transformation and leaders who can do things they couldn’t do before.
Critical people skills like negotiation, conflict resolution, navigating hard conversations, etc., are best developed over extended periods of time. But no one has that kind of time to devote and the cost of such a program - if held in person or during working hours - would be prohibitive.
